Similarly, at this first stage of any engagement I put on my “Doctor” hat and work with you to figure out what the issues and their root causes are in all areas of your business. I objectively identify all “value drivers” and “value killers” in your business and calculate the present fair market value of your company. Plan First, we work together to determine where you want to take your company and what’s the ideal time frame to achieve your vision. Then we create a comprehensive and actionable strategic plan that is a roadmap for implementation of all value enhancements . During this phase, I switch between “Expert” and “Facilitator” hats. |
