Even the best written plans are worthless without execution.  I assist with the execution of Strategic & Exit Plans through Coaching and Consulting methodologies working directly with the owner or with any key employees as needed.  This work may include assessment of new opportunities, hiring employees, leadership training, financial forecasting, marketing plans, sales process, business value building and any other activities required by objectives in the two Plans.
